I am a clinical psychologist providing services in English and French to individuals aged 6 to 24 years. Throughout my training and experience, I have had the opportunity to develop a strong generalist skill base, which allows me to flexibly tailor my services to effectively respond to my clients’ needs. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my work and integrate them as required by the presenting concerns clients’ goals. The connection and collaboration that I am able to create with my clients are some of the things that I enjoy the most about my work as a psychologist. I am committed to staying abreast of the latest research and best practices. As such, I regularly participate in professional development and education by attending workshops, conferences, as well as reading professional and scientific literature that is relevant to the services I provide to my clients.

I have worked in a variety of different settings, including hospital-based outpatient mental health clinics, partial hospitalization programs, Section 23 Day Treatment Programs, a university counseling centre, private practice, and schools. I started my career in Nova Scotia, where I worked as a psychologist for 2.5 years. In June 2016, I moved to the national capital area and it has been my home ever since. In addition to my private practice, I also work at the CHEO Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.
