Welcome to my page and thank you for stopping by! I am a clinical psychologist providing services in English and French to individuals aged 6 to 24 years since 2013. Throughout my training and experience working in hospitals, a counseling centre, school-based settings, and private practices, I have developed a strong generalist skill base. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and flexibly integrate them as required by the client’s presenting concerns and goals. I value a strong sense of connection and collaboration with my clients and am committed to working together to promote empowerment and wellness. As such, my style of working with clients is very much based on a partnership to help clients achieve their goals.
I started my career in Nova Scotia and moved to Ottawa in 2016. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, as well as travelling and nurturing my lifelong passion for learning.
